1 Introduction
pak11 ("pak11", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://pak11.cam, is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits and uses our Platform. 8 Data Retention

- Support & Correspondence Records: Retained for a reasonable period following resolution of the relevant enquiry, to facilitate follow-up communications and maintain audit records.
- Technical & Usage Data: Aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely in anonymised form. Individual-level technical data is typically retained for a limited period consistent with its operational purpose.
- Legal Compliance Data: Data retained to comply with legal obligations will be held for the duration required by the relevant law and deleted promptly thereafter.

11 Minors
The Platform is intended strictly for adults aged 18 years or above — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator's license jurisdiction or the User's local law. pak11 does not knowingly collect, process or retain Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has accessed the Platform or provided Personal Data to us without your consent, please contact us immediately using the details in Clause 16. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where confirmed, delete any such data from our systems as promptly as practicable.
12 International Data Transfers
The Platform is accessible globally, and the servers and service providers we use may be located in jurisdictions outside Pakistan. By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your country of residence, which may have different data protection standards.
Where such transfers occur, pak11 will take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, consistent with Applicable Law. These may include contractual data processing agreements with service providers that incorporate data protection obligations.
13 Pakistan User Notice
pak11 serves a primarily Pakistani user base across cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. Pakistani data protection law is evolving; the Personal Data Protection Bill and related regulatory frameworks may apply to Processing activities involving Pakistani residents.
pak11 does not claim to be regulated, licensed or endorsed by any Pakistani authority in respect of data protection, including but not limited to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the Ministry of IT and Telecom. Users in Pakistan are encouraged to consult applicable local legislation and seek independent legal advice where necessary.
Payments made through any Third-Party Operator platform — which may reference familiar Pakistani payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are not processed by pak11. We do not receive, store or transmit any payment credentials or financial account data whatsoever.
14 Third-Party Links & Services
The Platform may describe, reference or contextually discuss third-party websites, platforms, operators or services. pak11 is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party, and this Policy does not apply to data collected by any external website, application or service.
