1 Introduction

3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required under the applicable operator's license jurisdiction or the User's local law. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you must leave the Platform immediately and must not attempt to access it. pak11 does not knowingly permit access to or collection of data from minors.

3.2 Legal Capacity

6.2 Restrictions

6.3 Third-Party Marks

References to third-party names, trademarks or service marks on the Platform — including but not limited to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, or sports entities such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL) — are made for informational and contextual reference purposes only. Such references do not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or partnership with pak11. All respective marks remain the property of their respective owners.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, pak11 expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of any Content, including odds information, payment method details, statistical data or promotional information described on the Platform.
• Any warranty that reliance on Content published on the Platform will result in any particular financial outcome.

8 Limitation of Liability

Upon termination of access, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 15 and 16 — shall survive.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms available under the governing legal framework.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that local legislation — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may be relevant to any dispute involving gambling-related activity and should take appropriate legal advice where needed.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the law of your jurisdiction.
